Welcome to Daybreak

We provide Knoxville and East Tennessee with on
site (mobile) massage and access to complementary health care
professionals and products.
Since 1993, Daybreak has been the leading
provider of chair massage to Knoxville businesses. In addition to
massage at work, we provide table massage, massage classes,
bioenergetics and a selection of health care products.
Much of our work is based in Traditional Chinese
Medicine
(TCM)
which is over 3,000 years old. Several western techniques are
integrated into our massage. These include trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage
and myofascial release techniques.
